Migration has emerged as a significant global issue, influencing social, economic, and political landscapes across countries. In Azerbaijan, the effective management of migration has become increasingly important due to its strategic geographic location, the influx of migrant workers, and the challenges presented by internally displaced persons (IDPs). This article examines the current state of migration in Azerbaijan, evaluates existing policies, and proposes comprehensive strategies for improving migration management. By analyzing legal frameworks, institutional capacities, and innovative technological solutions, this study aims to provide actionable insights that enhance the migration process for the benefit of both migrants and the host community.
