Aims and Scope

The Journal of Global Economy (JGE) is a peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on Development Studies, with economics as a broad disciplinary foundation. The journal publishes theoretical, empirical, applied, and policy-oriented research addressing the economic, social, institutional, and policy dimensions of development at local, regional, national, and global levels.

Its scope includes development economics, international trade and development, public finance, poverty and inequality, education and human development, health and development, agriculture and rural development, regional development, international business, and the economic environment of business and public policy.

The journal welcomes the following types of submissions:
